We do not accept returns after 14 days of receiving the goods, so please contact us as soon as possible and you will be given a full refund or replacement if necessary!
To receive a refund under our "Refund" policy, please email us before-and-after photos of the product. Our team will verify if the conditions for a refund are met.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Simply contact us at our email service infolisaferrari@gmail.com and request a "RETURN" or "REPLACEMENT".

Refundable orders must be received by us and/or returned to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must send the goods back to our warehouse (refund processing may take more than 10 days depending on the bank). The returned product must be intact and sealed.
